Qualifying for the Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championship
With new dates for the Soldier Hollow Classic, the qualifying trials will be modified for this year as noted here. Because some trials will have occurred twice since the 2022 Soldier Hollow Classic, priority will be given to their 2023 winners and 2022 winners in those trials.
Soldier Hollow Classic Qualifying Trials
- The top five finalists at 2022 Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championship & Festival
- The Soldier Hollow Gold Medalist from the prior two years (2021 and 2022)
- The Champion and Reserve Champion from the 2022 and 2023 USBCHA National Sheepdog Finals
- The Champion from the 2023 Canadian National Championship
- The Champion from the 2023 Kingston Sheepdog Championship
- The Champion from the 2023 Meeker Classic
- The Champion from the 2023 WWSDA Sheepdog Trial
- The Champion from the 2023 Trailing of the Sheep Sheepdog Trial
- The Champion from the 2023 Bluegrass Classic
- The Champion from the 2023 Strang Ranch Spring Sheepdog Trial
- The Champion from the 2023 Tabletop Sheepdog Trial
