Description
Shauna Gourley is a top handler recognized nationwide with repeated finishes at Soldier Hollow, Meeker, the National Finals, and other trials. She was the 2019 Reserve National Champion with her great dog Jade (now retired) and the 2024 Reserve Champion at Meeker with June. Shauna has been instrumental in introducing the sport of herding to the local community and continues to teach both herding and obedience.
Caitlin is a 7-year-old who doesn’t believe in downtime. If she isn’t working sheep, she’ll be trying to work the other dogs. She likes to carry a toy in her mouth and run the perimeter around the group. On bike rides, she’s always out in front—she wants to be sure to get there first. She’s a bit competitive, especially with her sister June (same breeding, different litter, a year younger). When it’s time to go to work, Caitlin is all business and ready to prove she’s got what it takes.
