Mit refers to Doc as his “great young dog” — winning his first double lift before his second birthday. Milt loves his positive attitude and always willing to try –the kinda guy thats just fun to be around. Doc helps Milt with his cattle and sheep and he is looking forward to a long career with him. His handler, Milton Scott, is no stranger to trialing, having won the Western Canadian championship three times and Calgary twice. As he commented when he won the Calgary Stampede, it was an example of “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” Trying again is something Milt is willing to do, but this his second “try” at Soldier Hollow, after placing 5th last year in the Finals.
